Vic Joshi Mortgage service area in 7 states

I’m licensed to work with you on a mortgage loan in any of these states.

Where to start? I spend a generous amount of time teaching clients about mortgage lending and its arbitrary rules, so they can make good decisions along the way. My goal is to help you get the right loan for your circumstance, that you’ll feel good about when the deal is over and done.

If you’d like to get a head start:

  1. Read my page About Mortgage Loans first.
  2. Then follow the link to the next logical page, How the Loan Process Works, to learn more.
  3. Or contact me for a no-obligation consultation any time. I’ll answer any questions and get you headed in the right direction.

Hawaii

For most people the thought of Hawaii evokes euphoria and thoughts of a simpler life in a beautiful, breezy ocean haven. The six best-known main islands are Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, Maui, and Hawaii (the Big Lsland). Each island has its own unique vibe. One of the best things about Hawaii is the diversity in the landscape and among the people.

There is only one city with a population over 100,000 in Hawaii – Urban Honolulu. I spend part of my year in Hawaii, and I’d love to help you finance a home loan there.

California

It’s easy to understand why you might be interested in buying a home in California, The Golden State. With nine national parks and miles of free beaches, mountains, rivers, lakes, and valleys, California is a nature lover’s dream.

Even if you’re a California local already, you’ll end up with a much better result if you get expert guidance from an experienced mortgage broker before you commit to a loan. California’s economy, geography, and the diversity that makes us unique make it a coveted — if not inexpensive — place to live. At last count, California had 74 cities with a population over 100,000.

Oregon

A few hours up the West Coast from my main office in Oakland, Oregon seems to be a popular destination for homeowners moving out of state. The most populous cities with populations over 100,000 are Portland, Salem, Eugene, Gresham, Hillsboro.

Oregon is best known for its natural beauty in its mountains, deserts, and beaches. This is one of the most often quoted draws for anyone moving there. Call me for a consultation about getting an Oregon home mortgage loan!

Washington

Further up the Pacific Northwest coast is Washington, the Evergreen State — another place of breathtaking beauty with the landscape varieties West Coasters treasure. Washington also has a thriving economy, making it a great place for professionals who want to relocate. The largest cities, all with populations over 100,000 at last count are Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma, Vancouver, Bellevue, Kent, Everett and Renton.

I’d be happy to help you finance your new home in Washington.

Colorado’s population and economy has been growing steadily since 2015, long before the 2020 pandemic. Call me to talk about how to get the right mortgage deal for your home purchase in Colorado.

Texas

Texas, the Lone Star State, is famous for its barbecue, live music, and scorching summer temperatures. Texas is the second largest state, and it’s growing fast — partially because of an exodus of Californians headed to Texas. But people from all over the U.S. are moving there, too. In 2021, U-Haul reported more one way trips to Texas than to any other state.

There are roughly 41 cities in Texas with over 100,000 population, lead by Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, and Forth worth. If you’re looking for a mortgage on a Texas, property contact me!

There are roughly 25 cities in Florida with a population over 100,000, with Jacksonville leading by more than twice the population of the second largest city, Miami. I’d be happy to help you with your Florida mortgage transaction.
