I'm Viral (pronounced like "virile") "Vic" Joshi — a native San Francisco Bay Area resident and a California home loan expert. Because I’ve been in this industry so long, I understand how it works, how lending trends shift, and how lender and underwriter guidelines apply to each borrower’s situation. I’m passionate about using that experience to help steer every client through the complexities of loan shopping, so they can avoid the pitfalls and get the loan they need for the home they want.

Warriors fan, father, rescue diver.
I'm an avid scuba diver and certified Rescue Diver. Eventually I'd like to become a dive instructor so I can share the joys of this ocean sport with others.
I give back to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Divers Alert Network (DAN), and the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). I'm also a longtime Warriors fan.
